Career-wise, there seems to be no trouble on the horizon for actress Carla Gugino. The actress best known for Robert Rodriguez's Spy Kids films and her role on TV's Entourage has been busy lately working in some of Hollywood's most successful films starting with Rodriguez's Sin City in 2005 and followed by Night at the Museum with Ben Stiller, American Gangster opposite Russell Crow, Righteous Kill with Robert De Niro and Al Pacino and most recently the starring role in Disney's remake Race to Witch Mountain. But it was her role earlier this year as Sally Jupiter in Zach Snyder's brilliant comic book-adapted Watchmen that made her a household name amongst fan-boys and the actress will be collaborating once again with Snyder in his upcoming film Sucker Punch!. However, the she can currently be seen on screen as porn star Elektra Luxx in director Sebastian Gutierrez's new female-ensemble-comedy Women in Trouble, opening in theaters on November 13th. In fact, the collaboration with Gutierrez was so successful that the actress and director have already shot a sequel with her once again starring as the porn star in the self titled, Elektra Luxx, currently in post-production with a third film is also in the works. We had an opportunity to speak with the busy actress about the new film, playing a porn star, her co-stars and the up-coming sequels.
