They're toys, they talk-at least when people aren't around-and they're back... celebrating the return of the "Toy Story" franchise-in Disney Digital 3-D™ this time! "Toy Story," the film that started it all, takes moviegoers back to that fantastic fun-filled journey, viewed mostly through the eyes of two rival toys- Woody (voice of Tom Hanks), the lanky, likable cowboy, and Buzz Lightyear (voice of Tim Allen), the fearless space ranger. The comically-mismatched duo eventually learn to put aside their differences when circumstances separate them from their owner Andy and they find themselves on a hilarious adventure-filled mission where the only way they can survive is to form an uneasy alliance.

I'm going to be a kid again. I will definitely check this out. Toy Story is one of the best movie franchises ever even if it is a cartoon. Wow!!! And I agree with FallenHero. This is going to be great!!!

the nostalga take on Woody in TS2 wasn't cuttin' it for me. And it didn't blend well with the Buzz/Zurg storyline, which was funnier. And Prospector Pete needed WAY more screentime. For he didn't have a very thrilling finale at the airport with him like with the moving truck/Sid's backyard in TS1. We'll see where they take it from here, though it is hella early to announce this, for an animated flick/sequel anyway. Maybe Pixar will have another out before this? Plus Jesse was the most annoying character Pixar's ever invented.

First off I love Toy Story, I've seen the movies since I was a kid and now that I'm older I'm even more excited for this one. I always thought a third movie would be made because after Toy Story 2 in the credits you hear Prospector tell the barbies that he could find them a part in Toy Story 3 lol and I as a kid I thought that meant there would be a third all along. Pixar never dissapoints (well I didn't like Cars that much at all) and I'm really looking forward to June 18, 2010 (lol the day before my birthday!!!)

Given Pixar's impeccable track record (they do not have one rotten film on Rottentomatoes, lowest scored is Cars), this film has A LOT to live up to. They have never let me down and critics always rave so I am going into this with extremely high hopes next summer. Wall-E and Up left nothing but a smile on my face for the entire duration.

OMG...finally something on this. TOY STORY is such a classic movie,and Toy STORY 2 stood very well on its own as a sequel that was supposed to go straight to video. TOY STORY 3 in 3-D is gonna knock our socks off. I CAN NOT WAIT FOR THIS......

and the second one didn't suck, it wasn't quite as good as the first, but by no means did it suck. compare Toy Story 2 to well over half of the crap that is spewed out as kids movies today and it will shine in comparison.
