has finally released the full theatrical trailer for Fernando Meirelles' upcoming thriller Blindness. The film stars Mark Ruffalo and Julianne Moore in a horrific landscape where blindness is striking down people left and right like some sort of unstoppable disease. And it reminds me of the happening becuase an event is happening that is causing people to lose their sight, and the cause is unseen and spreading rapidly...like the happening, dickface(minus the sight)
And what does knowing what it's about have nething to do with how the trailer looked? The happening was good. The idea of him talking to a plastic plant was genius. You would do the same goddamn thing if plants were killing u.
"The Happening" was shit! I hope Mark Ruffalo &/Or Julianne Moore don't talk to a plastic plant! I guess "The Dark Knight" & "THE VISIONARY" don't have a clue what it's about!?. The film is an adaptation of the 1995 novel "Blindness" by José Saramago about a society suffering an epidemic of blindness, W./only 1 character with the ability to see.
The only reason to see "Blindness" is Julianne Moore and Mark Ruffalo!!! Not a fan of director Fernando Meirelles (I liked his film "City of God" but didn't like "The Constant Gardener"!), However, the bad word of mouth from the Cannes Film Festival, test screenings and several outlets has got me rethinking of seeing the film!!
I don't get what everyone thinks this looks so cool. I'll see it anyways but it doesn't have me excited or eagerly anticipating it any any way whatsoever.
