Adam Sandler to Appear in Green Hornet?

If the rumor is true, it seems Seth Rogen might be getting another funny person in his superhero film. According to LA Times' superhero blog "Hero Complex," Adam Sandler may appear in a role in Seth Rogen's The Green Hornet.

"I also heard a random rumor about the Hornet film: Two different people in the industry told me that Adam Sandler has a brief but key role in the movie as a certain surprise superhero...I heard which one, too, but I don't want to ruin it."


The rumor could possibly have some validity to it, since both Rogen and Sandler both star in Judd Apatow's new film, Funny People, which is set to open on July 31.

We'll certainly keep you updated on any developments regarding The Green Hornet.

Though I'm a HUGE Adam Sandler fan, I still have absolutely NO faith in this movie. Anything that Seth Rogen touches, in my opinion, turns to shit. Except in "Step Brothers," I guess his small part in that wasn't TOO stupid. If it had been a full part, I"m sure it'd be a shit movie.

Uh, yeah...I'm now fully not interested. Even if it's not true, just the fact that rumors are circulating about this makes me want to gag. I'll probably end up watching this online when this piece of shit is finally crapped in the toilet

Wow i really havent seen any shittier actor list for a superhero movie. No offense for anyone. Its just that adam sandler and seth rogan are funny actor and i just cant see anyone of them ina superhero movie like this one. Oh well ill still see it.
