One of the biggest small-screen stars is taking on a new feature film next year. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Grey's Anatomy star Patrick Dempsey will star in an untitled heist film.

Dempsey will star as a man who is caught between two separate bank robberies at the same bank, while he secretly tries to protect the bank teller he is secretly in love with.

Paul McGuigan (Lucky Number Slevin) will direct from a screenplay by Jon Lucas and Scott Moore (The Hangover). Production is scheduled to begin in April 2010.
