Salma Hayek has another TV project on her producing slate. According to
The Hollywood Reporter, Hayek is executive producing the new Fox half-hour comedy,
The New McToms.
The pilot was written by Boyce Bugliari and Jamie McLaughlin and revolves around a conservative mother who is forced to deal with her children marrying spouses of varying ethnicities.
Hayek is also an executive producer of
Ugly Betty and she also has a wedding-themed reality series in the works with Merv Griffin Entertainment. No production schedule for
The New McToms has been announced yet.
