George Clooney to Star in Pet Sematary Remake?
August 1st, 2006
Bloody Disgusting has nabbed a great exclusive news tidbit:We've scored one hell of a juicy little morsel of news this afternoon and have 100% confirmed it as true... George Clooney, the bad ass mofo from Dusk Till Dawn, will have a role in Paramount Pictures' remake of Stephen King's Pet Sematary! What we don't know is how big of a role he has, but he will be in the film, which was written by Dave Kajganich, Mike Werb and Michael Colleary. The film is based on Stephen King's story of a family moving to a small Maine town with a pet cemetery and an Indian burial ground, in 1989.
As of now, we don't have any info on the new film other than what Bloody Disgusting is claiming. Stay tuned to MovieWeb for the latest developments surrounding this project.
