The team he was referring to was probably the Avengers. The movie threw around the "Super Soldier" project quite a bit and alluded to a Successful serum being produced in WWII -- which we all know is a refence to Captain America, a key member of the Avengers, along with Iron Man.

i loved this bit in the movie!! whatever happens i think the Hulk is gonna have some kind of role now in Iron-Man 2. other wise why would they do the cross-over's so soon in the Iron-Man series?

Also, it is infact THE Batman, that's what some of the comics were called, and Joker even calls him The Batman in the new movie. Remember if you will when he is addressing the Mob Bosses. You know, The Thor is supposed to show up in Iron Man 2, and so is The Incredible Hulk, at least that's what I've heard. I wonder if it's true? I didn't believe Robert Downey Jr. would actually have a cameo in The Incredible Hulk, but here we are right now. So maybe it's true!!!!!
