Damn I must say that it is apparent that Jackman bulked up for this flick way more than he ever did with the X-Men films. I am still curious as to how Sabretooth changes his looks from Shrieber's image to Mane's image - aka the fangs, black opal retinas, golden hair, etc. Liev posesses none of these features that made Sabretooth look the way he looks in the books. So..... how does he go from A to B?

Can't wait to see this, and what special features will be on the SE DVD.

they r enemies/rivals chronic, but b4 that they were teamates and buddies. as im sure the movie will explain. and brawl they dont transform. in the comics the mutants are born with there powers but usualy develop at puburty. an Jackman is about 6 foot so there bout the same hieght.

I think the reason they're the same height in this picture is because it's before they're transformed/mutated.

Thanks Tyler, because i was just wondering i read something in the Empire Article that these pictures are from and wasn't to sure on it and it was stated on the realtionship between Wolverine & Sabertooth, i had always though they were enemies / rivals.

Marv i saw that trailer on Youtube, before it got taken down, you can give it a go at searching in youtube for it.

To Chronic...There's been some storylines around the fact Sabertooth might be the brother, dad or clone of Wolverine...not spoiling it into saying which one he is or isnt..but if you want a definite answer try reading Wolverine Volume 3 No 50-55. Story by Jeph Loeb, which is saying something and really worth a read...I aint even a fanboy or comic geek but managed to get hold o these cause it sounded worth the trouble...it was.

The trailer was fing awesome mate.
You see Wolverine take down a plane, it definately looks fueled with action and that they are taking the right path on the origin story to Wolverine.

You can probably find the Comic-Con trailer on youtube

Sweet pictures. I'm not as hyped as everybody else, but that might change once I see a trailer. By what people say they saw at Comic Con, it's gonna be worth it in every angle!

I can't see how the fanboys can get excited over some pictures. give us a trailer already so we can see how bad this movie will be.Then again they all the little fanboys will show up in droves to see this move. I think that the stor should of ben based off the 4 part mini series by Frank Miller and set in Japan. So I'm holding judgement on this untill I see a trailer.

Hollywood,
Drop the whole Titling concept ie:
"X-men Origins:..." and "The Punisher:...".
Those rediculous titles water down the whole vibe you HAD going on.

I wouldn't go see "The Punisher: War zone" mainly because the title killed it for me. It sounds like a video game or animation like "Star Wars: The Clone Wars". Your audience knows who these characters are.

To bad Kevin Durand is a piss poor actor. Liev is a great actor... He will pull it off...

I was wondering where the rest of the pictures to the Empire Article where, lol.
All these pics where shown at Comic-Con and then released in this month's Empire mag along with the other 2 pics that surfaced a few days ago on movieweb.

But i got one question upon reading that article, plz if any of you can clear up and this may be a spoiler, if you grasp the hint i've asked, i've tried putting it in a context without creating some what of a spoiler.

Is there any sought of special realtionship between Wolverine & Sabretooth apart from them being sworn enemies / rivals?

Maybe we can just assume that Sabretooth's evolution makes him progressively larger over time. Kevin Durand does kind of look the part though... IN any case, I think Liev Schreiber is going to be an incredibly good villain.

It is probably because the guy that plays The Blob, Kevin Durand, is 6'6". Whereas Schrieber is only 6'3", just an inch taller than that hunk of a man Jackman.
