Dane Cook Is Taking A Dad Knap

Dane Cook has made a deal with Mandeville Pictures for the new film, Dad Knap.

The Waiting actor will star in and produce the film, along with David Hoberman (The Shaggy Dog, Eight Below) and Todd Lieberman ((Raising Helen, Bringing Down the House). Dad Knap is about a man kidnaps his dad in order to get the type of father-son time he never had, says Variety.

The film is still seeking a writer; Dad Knap has no production schedule as of yet.
