Leonardo DiCaprio is set to star in Warner Bros.' sci-fi action film Inception, which was written and will be directed by Christopher Nolan.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Nolan set up the project less than a month ago at Warners, the studio where he made his Batman films as well as Insomnia.

Inception is described as a contemporary sci-fi actioner set within "the architecture of the mind."

Nolan and the studio are aiming for a shoot this summer for a 2010 release.
