Well that's pretty much what I expected to hear since there's been very little sequel buzz since the movies dvd release was announced. I've always felt if the guy who plays the character doesn't have an idea it be at least a another year before we find out for sure.

Edward Norton to me did a hugely better Hulk then Erik Bana. Plus he actually wanted to do the Hulk. Hopefully he does get to be in the Avengers movie. Why just have full HULK for the whole movie that would be stupid.

I really hopes that he does do it, and Marvel need to learn when to close their mouths in an arguement.

You don't see banner in the avengers comics cuz the hulk was only a member for a the first few issues in the 60s. However, the hulk had a more active role in the ultimates, and banner DID have a place in that comic. Norton has to be in the avengers. You can't just introduce the hulk smashing shit. What? You think he won't change in the movie from hulk to banner? Get real
