It seems that Christian Bale is securely locked in to yet another franchise. According to
BBC, it was revealed at the Cannes Film Festival that Bale has signed on for all three of the new Terminator films, starting with
Terminator 4, which is filming now.
"Christian was our first choice and he's a big fan of The Terminator, so we're very lucky," said Victor Kubicek from Halcyon at the Cannes Film Festival. "But with Batman he's already done the whole franchise thing, so we weren't sure he'd respond."
"He read the script and he loved it, so he's signed on for all three," said Kubicek's business partner, Derek Anderson.
Common and Sam Worthington are also starring in the film, which is currently shooting. The film is scheduled to be released on May 22, 2009.

Three?
That'll kill the series a bit...
...they are like a whole new trilogy, because it is after the war so it doesn't have the old actors and shit.
New plot, characters, etc.
we will see I could be wrong, because I agree the third film was a bomb!
I dont hate Bale, I just hate that there making 3 more. The last one was a piece of shit. And usually a sequel does not rebound from a shitty one....ummmm...ever!!
