And I wonder who will play Joker in Batman 3? Assuming 1) that they make a 3rd film; and 2) that Goyer planned to keep Joker on board even with the script change.
And to 'pypebomb': go fuck your mother you worthless shithead, stop disrespeting Heath Ledger - are you envious perhaps that people care that he died?
...oh, and by the way, "since I missed drug-overdose" does not grammatically make sense because you forget a word, I believe what you meant was "since I missed THE drug-overdose" - so maybe you should keep an eye on your stuff before commenting on that of others.
you almost got it right...I know it's a difficult word.

Hey MovieWebers! This is who was original named "HarryPatch". Lately I've been busy writing scripts for short films that I plan on making over the Summer. Also, I am in the process of my movie reviews and Film Recommendation Lists over on Flixster. So, I have been off-n-on Movieweb for some time. Once I get through my busy projects, I should be back on here as much as I can.
Anyway, The main purpose of this long comment that's not even about "the Dark Knight" is to ask all of you users out there to help me decide what the Most - "POPULAR" - Films of all-time are. I'm looking for a 100, but you can just suggest one if you like. Please email me at:
pop4m6@yahoo.com
:to send in your vote for Most POPULAR Films...OR - you can add a comment on my profile. Now, this is not a way for you all to tell me your favorite movie, but rather to tell me what you feel are the most referenced, inspirational, influenced & well-known movies you can think of.
---Thank you for your help! :)
Also, on a Wikipedia article about the film, the makeup artist said that Joker NEVER reapplies his makeup, and therefore, as the film progresses, it begins to look like an infection in his skin; which further confirms my order of the events.
Now to the point: Seeing as the second act in a trilogy is traditionally darker in theme than the first and third (as confirmed by Nolan for this film); and that they have more emotional/dramatic climaxes/endings rather than action packed ones like the first and third act in a trilogy, then would it be safe to assume that these events occur in the end of the movie? After all, Batman seems to be really fed-up with the Joker in the interrogation room. And what do you think they may be talking about? Cuz whatever it is, it sure isn't pleasing Batman. Plus, Joker is supposed to make him question his beliefs/actions (as confirmed in the plot synopsis) so that scene sounds like a big moment in the film, and near the climax, or IS the climax. The ending being Joker's escape in the squad car, or something thereafter to be resolved in Batman 3, as originally planned by David Goyer.
Any thoughts? I know this is pure speculation.
