Director Louis Leterrier hinted in an online Q&A session with fans that he may have been approached by Warner Brothers to take over the reigns for
Superman: The Man of Steel. Thanks to
Ain't It Cool News who brought us the transcript from the session.
In the Q&A Leterrier was asked to say 'Yes' or 'No' to several films about whether or not he would be interested in directing them. One obvious film that he was asked about was
Hulk 2, which he said of course to. But when asked about
Superman: The Man of Steel, his response was interesting.
"Funny that you mentioned Superman... because, hum, maybe they asked me...." Leterrier said.
Now, does this mean Bryan Singer and Brandon Routh are out? Perhaps Singer will produce with Leterrier directing? Keep reading MovieWeb and SuperheroFlix for more details as they become available.

unless they involve the Hulk in the Iron-Man movies.
the new suit looks cool, but Burton's was better. even if he couldn't move to freely in it, it looked bad ass!
i just can't argue with the 'love kills' theme.
