Elisha Cuthbert to Star in Ny-Lon

Elisha Cuthbert is heading back to the small screen, this time for CBS. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Cuthbert has signed on to star as the lead of a one-hour pilot entitiled Ny-Lon. This is an adaptation of the British series NY-LON, and this new version also stars Caterina Scorsone and Johnny Whitworth.

The series centers on an across-the-pond romance between a New York teacher (Cuthbert) and a London stockbroker. Scorsone will play Edie's roommate, a promiscuous rocker and Whitworth will play Edie's ex-boyfriend.

A production schedule for the pilot hasn't been announced yet.
