Hancock Goes Into Re-Shoots

Hancock has had it's Australian premiere cancelled, and for a possibly disturbing reason. According to a report from CinemaBlend, the premiere was cancelled because the film won't be ready yet because it's going into re-shoots.

Yes, a film that is set for a July 2, 2008 release is having reshoots in late May. This suggests that there may be problems with Hancock. However, fans have pointed out that I Am Legend had similarly late re-shoots take place, and that film was generally well received.

Hancock focuses on an an alcoholic, out of work superhero who is having relationship problems. Will Smith, Jason Bateman, Johnny Galecki and Charlize Theron star in the film which should arrive in theatres July 2, 2008.
