Colin Hanks to Star in Jack and Dan

Source:  The Hollywood Reporter
Burn Notice creator Matt Nix has just found the second title character for his new series. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Colin Hanks has signed on to star in Jack and Dan.

Bradley Whitford had already signed on for one of the lead roles, with Hanks stepping into the other lead role. Hanks will portray Jack, a squeaky-clean detective who continues to undermine himself and stall his career progress. He's partnered up with Dan (Whitford) a wild-card alcoholic cop who only has a job because of heroics he performed years ago.

The series was said to be of a similar tone to Nix's Burn Notice and filming will star on the 13-episode order early next year.
