Here's some more cinematic grist for the rumor mill.
Pause.com recently spoke to a studio source who claimed that Linda Hamilton, who portrayed Sarah Connor in
The Terminator and
Terminator 2: Judgement Day, has signed a three-picture deal to appear in
Terminator Salvation and subsequent sequels... or did she?
Later on, the story was updated with a mention that the site was contacted by a representative for Hamilton, who said that was the first they've heard of it.
'I can tell you that Linda is a big fan of
T1 and
T2 and would be very interested in hearing about participating in the new film," the rep said, adding that they had heard nothing of a deal for the new film.
We'll surely keep you updated on these developments when more information becomes available.
Terminator Salvation is currently filming and is set for a May 22, 2009 release.

Also since Roland Kickinger is replacing Arnold, and CGI in his likeness is to be used in some way, then the T-800s are definitely going to be shown in this one. My thought is that we will see Arnie's face in CGI, like when the machines are making the melanin tissue skin, for future use on the newly designed T-800s. Arnold was a T-850, an 800 upgrade, and I think it might be an ending shot that sets up Terminator 5.

She never died. When John Connor mentioned in the 3rd Terminator, Rise of the Machines, he mentions that it was a quiet funeral, blah blah blah.
What if he was covering her a$$?
Say she never died, and was hiding out from the Terminator.
Better yet, what if she found a path into the future "future bubble", to save John from getting killed by the Terminator?
