a remake of a series that had far too many sequels to begin with!

This will not work, and i hope hollywood keeps learning from failed sequels/remakes.

Thank you Drew, that's where i recgonise this guy from, Highlander.

LOL, me and my pal, he does Troma films and horror, we were sitting down discussing the conceptual ideas and financial aspects of remakes. And he stated '

all they do is remake this fucking classic films and give them an MTV Style, feel which just doesn't seem or look right because your use to them being gritty and dark and petty violent kills that sometimes seem laughable but are cool. While these news one have a perfect lighting, a fucking MTV or fucking Bitch ass Teen Soap Casting, and just splattered with blood, guts and gore, because no one cares for the story its about making money to them'

I wonder how poor the back story will be in this film?
I'm guessing the same way the opening montage was done for Kruger in Freddy Vs Jason.

Jackie Earle Haley is the only reason I'd go see this. I'm pretty sure he got the role from his strength in 'Watchmen'.

'Allan'. I'm pretty sure there was no one in the original by that name. Kellan Lutz, Katie Cassidy, Rooney Mara? What kind of cast is this. This is probably the worst film of next year.

What has this world of films become?

Horrorfan, your right. Bitch ass Michael Bay just needs to stick with his useless explosion shot movies, instead of stealing ideas.

No idea who this guy is, name sounds familiar though...Wonders who the fuck was Allan from the original...

And worst casting choices ever, only worth seeing for Haley, My opinion.
A Nightmare On Elm Street (MTV REMAKE)
Yayyyyyy everyone get excited, for the rehash, shitty casting decisions and more gore, MTV Style.
Coming soon by the production company that don't know how to make their own films, which is owned by Michael 'Fuck U' Bay.
Coming April 16th 2010, a dumb time for horror films

^^^^^ I think the commentry for the trailer is done
