Sara Gilbert Takes The Class

Sara Gilbert is set to join the cast of the new sitcom, The Class on CBS.

She'll be a recurring character on the show, says The Hollywood Reporter; the comedy follows eight former third-grade classmates who are reunited as adults after years of not being in contact. Gilbert will play Fern, an attractive young woman who has an unexpected connection to one of the classmates.

The Class premieres Monday, September 18th on CBS.
