Will Smith and Charlize Theron Will Return for Hancock 2

Source:  MTV Splash Page
It seems a sequel in development will be getting its original cast back. According to MTV Splash Page, director Peter Berg revealed that the original cast will return in a sequel to Hancock.

"Everybody's going to come back for a sequel," Berg said. The director also revealed that a third heroic character was going to be introduced in the sequel. Apparently the director has an big-name actor in mind, but he isn't revealing who just yet.

"We have [someone in mind]," Berg said. "I'm not gonna tell you who, but we have!"

The concept of Hancock was really good and really interesting, its just a massive shame the delivery wasn't half as good as the concept...

Also the secret 3rd God, well is literally the voice of God...

Charlize Theron again, why? She was awful in the first one. There was no chemistry between Smith and Theron.

Okay. Alot of people are very indifferent about this Hancock. Some like it, some don't. Here's my outlook. Berg is learning. Everyone who turns to directing is learning. I don't care who you are or who you is. EVERYONE. 2nd, Hancock had some flaws, but the movie was overall great. Will Smith Is amazing. Nuff said about him. And the whole villian thing, yes, he does need to fight a bad ass villian. Charlize was interesting. You all have to admit, it was different. Granted not everything is good, this really was an interesting plot twist. But overall, if this one is going to work, there needs to be a new bad ass villain with Will being bad ass now, which we already know he will be.

p.s. I agree, just cause Tom and Will are friends means nothing.

Although Hancock wasn't good, I can see that Peter Berg is growing in his directing career. Speaking of Berg, Shocker is one of my all time favorite films.

sequel to this film has to really be interesting because with the first we all wanted to see Will play a bad ass, smart ass superhero and who fights him, so we already know what he was like so we wont get that attitude from him in this one

dude i know this movie took a lot of heat from you moviewebbers but i actually enjoyed to concept. I think that given a sequel it will have already had the first one to develop its characters and will actually be pretty damn good. Plus...who here wouldnt want to see charlize theron jumpin around again?
