Sigourney Weaver, John C. Reilly and Alia Shawkat have boarded the Miguel Arteta-directed comedy Cedar Rapids, joining Ed Helms and Anne Heche in the Fox Searchlight feature.

According to Variety, the script is by Phil Johnston, and centers on Helms' character, who plays a sad-sack insurance agent who goes to an industry convention to try and save the jobs of his colleagues.

Weaver plays Helms' former seventh-grade teacher.

Production on the film is currently underway.
