The Disney Channel has picked up two live-action pilots:
The Amazing Hannigans and
Housebroken, a spinoff of
The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, reports
Variety. Both are half-hour programs.
The Amazing Hannigans centers on brother-sister pair Jordan and Julia, teenage wizards whose family runs a magic shop in New York City.
Housebroken is a multicamera project that centers on the
The Suite Life of Zack and Cody character of Arwin the handyman who leaves his position at the Hotel Tipton to move in and help his sister to take care of her kids. Brian Stepanek is the actor who plays the recurring role of Arwin on
Suite Life .
Production and casting for the pilots will begin shortly.
