Imagination for many people is what makes talent. But assumption is another thing in its entirety, take the Cloverfield monster and why J.J Abrams released the movie overseas first ( which I got to see). This artist that drew this is thought to be credible??? Heck he got his idea from a video game for the PS2 Final Fantasy XI(11) where the main Boss is a creature called "SIN" and drops parasites from its body during the many stages in the game. Now not to review the game here, so I leave it as this, go see the movie yourself, I think J.J.Abrams did a great job in keeping the lid on his version of the monster, and see the movie from a open mind, throw yourself into it, and watch every little thing; it all plays out. Enjoy it as if you were the one filming it all at GROUND ZERO

LOL....WTF!!?!?!? I have seen the "Cloverfield" trailer both on-line & in the movie theaters, both my partner & I have never been able to spot, even for a split second the "SO" called "monster".
Who came up this!?? Really! I believe this is mroe of a marketing ploy just so people go see the film! Again, "Cloverfield" has the best marketing campaign going for it., since the over-the-top "Blair Witch Project", but when it came down to the film itself, the film was Shit!! (With a capital "S"!")
I just hope that "Cloverfield" won't turn out to be a big disappointment!!

i have seen this picture many times before in my multiple quests to find the answer to this movie. many of the maniacs who are obsessed with this movie do believe that this is the monster, however some believe that it is coo-loo, godzilla, and one person actually believes it is a Power Rangers remake. lol! all of them have strong support though.
