Christian Bale Apologizes
"It's been a miserable week for me," Bale told hosts Kevin Ryder and Gene "Bean" Baxter. "Listen, I know I have a potty mouth; everybody knows this now. The thing that I really want to stress is I have no confusion whatsoever. I was out of order beyond belief. I was way out of order. I acted like a punk. I regret that. There is nobody that has heard that tape that's been hit harder by it than me. I make no excuses for it. It is unexcusable. I hope that that is absolutely clear."
When asked what brought on the erratic behavior, Bale replied, "I put so much into what I do and care so much about it and sometimes the enthusiasm just goes awry. I'm embarrassed by it. I ask everybody to sit down and ask themselves, have they ever had a bad day and have they ever lost their temper and really regretted it immensely."
As for the countless remixes of his audio lash-out that have appeared frequently on the Internet, Bale has no beef with those poking fun at him.
"Feel free to make fun of me at my expense; I deserve it completely."
Bale also expressed that there is no bad blood remaining between himself and the subject of his tirade, director of photography Shane Hurlbut.
"We have resolved this completely...I have no intention of getting anyone fired. There is no problem whatsoever."

Put that on a T-Shirt and sell it.
You don't just waltz right through the scene as if you don't give 2 shits what is happening, brief, Shane wasn't doing his job in proper procedure and Bale had a mad ass go at him.
Bale is apologising to the the public, the people and his fans and what is Shane Hurlbut?
A memeber of the public and one of the people.
You need to realise this was aired nationwide on the news, him not saying anythingnin response to it and the irratic and incoherent language he used, not only makes the people on the set of TS look bad but also makes Bale looks extremely stupid.
Bale and Shane have resolved this matter and the proper procedure has been discussed upon changing the lighting throughut scenes.
If this problematic error wasn't resolved then they both wouldn't be attached to
Terminator: The Future Begins
him railing on some dumbshit in the first place doesnt warrant 81 comments
I reckon everyone involved had moved on from this on-set tantrum 7 months ago but now everyone at home gets to play, criticise, diagnose and profit financially now that it has become celebrity gossip.
Of course many would love to believe there is more melodrama here I'm sure, and its a great excuse to defend their Batman or hate on Bale / boycott Salvation for whatever personal reasons...
Btw to go into you and incmob's little conspiracy theory lol, come on guys, give it a rest sheesh. PR or not, he went out of his way to make it known that he's a good guy even though he snapped on somebody one day. Not a big deal. You can move on in life. I liked Bale way before he was even Batman, remember the film Equilibrium? Oh yeah that shit was bad ass lol. Anyway, this is a stupid topic since it's over and came out a year after the incident. TMZ is lucky we jumped on this like wildfire cause it's really really stupid if you think about it. That's like Linsay Lohan news. Who cares? I don't believe half the shit I hear anyway. It's not my business. Unless he murders somebody, then I'll care. Otherwise mind your own business and masterbate to something other than Bale's audio clips. Especially you killerman, no more angry Bale for you! *takes away from killerman*
Your defining him by the portrayal of what the media makes and creates him out to be.
In the end of the day this all comes down to professionalism and none of them on that day acted like professionals.
Shane Hurlbut should not be changing the lighting during filming, every DOP knows this, because there fore the lighting within the scene will be inconsistent.
Christian Bale took this matter over hand and out of matter, he ain't making an apology for Shane or any of the cast and crew, his apologising to the public for his irratic behaviour at the situation of what happened on the set and he is resolving that in the content of a worldwide apology to the people that heard it on the news nationwide and as well to his fans as he doesn't want to lose their respect.
lmao..
Bale is a cool chilled dude, that puts passion and dedication to his work, that's why his in the biggest film franchises ATM.
I can actually come from where Bale is coming from, trust me it does piss you off but on to the contrary Bale did over-react, but you know what at least his got the balls to admit that it was his fault and no one elses, and that is what you gotta respect the guy for.
None of you guys have worked in theatre or film production, and if you have you would know this is pretty annoying.
People walking past on locational sets, not knowing their lines, punctuality and much more but nothing is perfect, nor me, nor you or anyone else in this site's forum.
i'm seeing terminator regardless!
