G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra is directed by Stephen Sommers (The Mummy, The Mummy Returns).

G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra opens in theaters nationwide on August 7 and stars Dennis Quaid, Channing Tatum, Sienna Miller, Ray Park, Rachel Nichols, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Said Taghmaoui, Marlon Wayans, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Arnold Vosloo and Christopher Eccleston.
