INF Daily has just posted the very first images of Robert Downey Jr. as
Sherlock Holmes, which is currently shooting in London.

Downey Jr. also recently told
The Guardian that filmmaker Guy Ritchie is drawing closer from the source material, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's books.
We're returning to a little bit more of what the stories always had in them and the scale of them and the canvas is so huge I just don't think they've ever had the budget to fully tell the story in a really big, fun way."
Sherlock Holmes is filming in London and aiming at a 2010 release date.

because watson is supposed to be a fat guy with a beard and a hat
like on the cartoon show
but we will just have to see how he does in the movie
BUT, i won't give you that one. i want a really good movie. he just hasn't got one.
I would prefer JOHNNY DEPP or COLIN FARELL for Sherlock.
If you're going to take Downey Jr., He has to do more aerobics and get thinner. Then he will be all right.
But I really have no doubts in his acting.
Anyway I really looking forward for this creation which will be a great hit.
And Vis/Travis/AndyRyan.. whatever you're calling yourself these days ;) Jude Law is a crap actor. Apart from "Enemy at the gates" what good movies has he been in? He sucks, it's just a fact of life. Like shit being brown.
Anyways, I look 4ward to this.
