An unprecedented move sees the unrated, limited edition release boasting a never-before offered special feature: An entire second full-length film entitled "Wake Up, Ron Burgundy". Yes, not one, but two Anchorman movies were made simultaneously, and this never-before-seen sequel will be available for the first time ever next Tuesday…
To celebrate this historic release, and the holidays, Anchorman Co-Star David Koechner (playing Sportscaster Champ Kind in both films) agreed to meet up with B. Alan Orange, Blake Snyder, and Imperial Mantooth at Seo Rae Gwan last Friday. Over copious amounts of Soju, which seemed to flow non-stop from a spout at the table, Koechner divulged all kinds of interesting information. From Tivo, to the Making of the Anchorman sequel “Wake Up, Ron Burgundy”, to the encroaching fate of the Naked Trucker & T-Bones show DVD, to the upcoming big screen version of The Dukes of Hazzard, no Soju bottle was left unturned.
