A new picture from The Mist was included as part of an interview USA Today did with Stephen King. The interview was conducted in honor of the new thriller 1408, which was based on one of King's short stories.

Published in 1985 as part of Stephen King's short story collection Skeleton Crew, The Mist takes place in a small town where a thick mist engulfs the area, killing those caught in its darkness. Terrified survivors seek refuge in a supermarket, while a swarm of murderous critters tries to get in.

The Mist stars Thomas Jane, Andre Braugher, Laurie Holden, Amin Joseph, Frances Sternhagen, Alexa Davalos, Sam Witwer, Jeff DeMunn, Brian Libby, Marcia Gay Harden, and Toby Jones.

It opens November 21st, 2007.
