Jeepers Creepers 3 coming soon?

During a encounter with 'The Creeper' himself, Horrorview got word from actor Jonathan Breck that a 3rd Jeepers Creepers movie may be on it's way...

Our own Don't Feed the Dead spent the weekend trolling about the Chiller convention in Jersey this weekend, and bumped into ol' pal Jonathan Breck of The Creeper from Jeepers Creepers fame. After a few beers and some arm twisting (DFTD can be very persuasive), Mr. Breck told him that Jeepers Creepers 3 will begin filming this summer with a possible 2006 release.

Mr. Breck also said that, although there is no script in place, the story has this film taking place twenty one years after the events of Jeepers Creepers 2, and also confirmed that Victor Salva will once again be in the director's seat for this third outing.

I've been waiting a long time for this third installment. I never used to be a slasher film fan but the Creeper has turned me around. I like to think of it as gory scifi.

A big fan of the Creeper here in NC - I'm waiting with "baited breath" for that 'ol rusted-out Army-like reinforced truck to crank up, the ghastly honking of the horn and a spreading of those spider-veined wings as the Creeper begins his next bloody round 3! A mix of the Mothman and Freddie Kruger, the Creeper is a worthy character of several sequels and I will lick my tongue waiting for the next one!! Cindy H. in NC

This is not about the film the first jeepers creeper was great the second one was good it would be great if you made a jeepers creeper 3 but i think you should make a jeepers creepers video game and if you do you should be able to be the creeper and it should also come out for ps2.

I think Jeepers Creepers 1 and to were awsome! the pnly downfall in part 2, is that they never showed what happened to his victums like how it showed justin long in part 1 that was awsome! I eagerly await jeepers creepers 3!

jepers creapers 3 is going to be dumb because the secund one did not make any sence at all and it was campy

"Before the JEEPERS films came along, no one would release films on Labor Day weekend,
But each of our Creeper tales broke box-office records for Labor Day openings. Each of
the JEEPERS films also did around $39 million domestic and $100 million apiece [with DVD
revenues factored in]. So Sony and MGM can say what they will, but eventually one of
them will make a JEEPERS 3 with or without me, because that kind of money in the bank
is never ignored. Sadly, what is very doubtful, however, is that I will be involved in
whatever the next incarnation is." -Victor Salva

I would love to see Jeepers Creepers 3. Unfortunately, it is now October 21st, 2007 and I'm guessing that the project has been dropped for one reason or another. I hope it will still be made!
