Fred Claus (Vince Vaughn) has lived almost his entire life in his little brother's very large shadow. Fred tried, but he could never live up to the example set by the younger Nicholas (Paul Giamatti), who was just a perfect... well... Saint. True to form, Nicholas grew up to be the model of giving, while Fred became the polar opposite: a repo man who then steals what he repossesses.

I have four brothers and four sisters. We are all similar, but also very different. This movie should bring back some childhood memories. If I win I may share with them, but then again, I might not.

i think it will be funny. i think the merchandise isn't really good unless your a grandmother who loves decorating her house for christmas. now if they gave away a bunch of Batman, ironman, superman and incredible hulk stuff i think people would make a big deal over that. but im sure this will be a decent movie. Vince Vaugh is a good actor so we will have to see. although i do agree the cgristmas movies are getting a little bit old. but maybe they released this a year later so it would be realeased around christmas time instead of during the summer when no one is caring about Christmas yet
