Acclaimed writer-director Joachim Trier returns to theater screens this week with the Norwegian drama Reprise. Anders Danielsen Lie and Viktoria Kloumna-Hoiner star in this tale of two competitive friends who are fueled by literary aspirations and youthful exuberance. They come to endure the pangs of love, depression and their own burgeoning careers. We recently caught up with Trier to capture some of his insight into the making of this coming of age drama.
