Ending has basically been the problem for gaming not just recently. Haven't you played any retro games? For example, Double Dragon ending couldn't even spell the ending paragraph right. From looking at endings today compared to retro games, I'm very satisfied and know that they'll improve. I bought Borderlands, and i couldn't believe i did because i was so disappointed by it.

Yeah, Newkill, I agree. But I had fun with it as a straight co-op FPS especially because I was only borrowing it. And the story is thinner than paper, man. The "ending" especially, or the result of The Vault is one of the most disappointing things in recent gaming. Because all The Vault is supposed to be is a cache of weapons and loot, I was hoping to get some weapons and loot (since you receive that stuff for no reason everywhere you turn). There's nothing. The Vault contains NOTHING. Not even a single sh*tty weapon. And what's worse--as we wrote about already--it sets up for a sequel. Overall, I just enjoyed it for co-op since there aren't a lot of FPS's out there that allow for it on a single system, or that I just haven't already beaten.

Yentz, Borderlands is terrible. The plot is so f*cking thin it's like a sheet of paper. And the AI is so predictable. There isn't much character skills involved.

Borderlands isn't a bad game, it's narrative might not be strong whatsoever, but it is fun for what it is. Can't say these reminded me of it though--not crazy enough.

This almost looked like a Fallout: 3 film since the environment and color palette looked so similar to the game. Even still, this movie looks kickass--I cannot wait to see Oldman in this one. He's one of the best actors out there--more so when he gets to display his antagonist chops. One of my all-time favorite villains is that of his his character Stansfield in Leon the Professional. Even his bit in True Romance is unforgettable.

  16. The Narrator: The Better Man

    Lol to everything having Eli.

Well, I had a feeling it was the bible but I think theres something inside the book besides God's words Erick. Just wait and see.

And Newkill, Stansfield was a great character your right as was his Zorg, Jim Gordan, and LHO.

Another memorable role that Oldman can add to his collection:Dracula, Lee Harvey Oswald, Drexl, Stansfield, and Zorg.
