So this is why I couldn't find any of the Star Trek films anywhere. Even my local Fred Meyer, when they've always got stockpiles of ST films. I was only looking for "Generations" and "First Contact," but still, the studios pulled all the special edition DVDs for these releases. Just like when they did it for the James Bond Ultimate Collection. Ah, well. Now I can get all the TNG films in one box set. But I wonder how much extras did they cut off the Special Edition DVDs that are not on these?
