3 ABC Series' Denied Full-Season Orders

It seems that three of ABC's series won't make it until May after all. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Pushing Daisies, Eli Stone and Dirty Sexy Money won't be granted a back-nine pickup for the rest of the season.

Apparently ABC has been avoiding using the dreaded word "cancelled," leaving the door open to pick more episodes up in the future, although that seems rather unlikely. Each series will complete its 13-episode production cycle.

The network did hand out some good news, however, ordering four more hours of Life on Mars and setting an airdate for their NBC pickup, Scrubs, which will premiere on Tuesday, January 6 at 9 PM.

I've watched Pushing Daisies before and it was pretty good. Don't know anything about the other two though. At least Scrubs is staying :).
