I second the notion of canceling MTV. The channels are not about Music anymore. They haven't been for the last decade. When they show music video "shows," now they go to a video for maybe 30 seconds to a minute and come right back to talk. It's not about the music anymore, they won't even show entire videos. And now they have much more Reality TV than Music. It should be retitled to RTV. And now there's categories like Best WTF Moment and Best Scared-As-Sh*t Moment?!

So all the best male performances are retarded teen angst actors. WTF?
Badass star? So where are all the badasses? Like Eli Roth as Donny Donowitz, Stephen Lang from both "Avatar" & "Public Enemies," Jackie Earle Haley as Rorshach, etc etc. (I could go on forever). And Johnny Depp has no competition. WTF?
"Alice In Wonderland" wasn't released in any country until February 25th 2010, so why's it nominated for 2009?
The rest are lackluster, and proof that both MTV & MTV2 need to be cancelled...IMMEDIATELY! Why older people think this crap represents age groups 14-30 or so is beyond reasonable comprehension!!!

The Narrator: The Better Man
I know this is pathetic, but when people ask "who made this list" especially after seeing MTV's lists year after year (*cough, Cell, cough*), they should know how these things go and how sad the nominations usually are. As said before, it's to be expected.

The Narrator: The Better Man
These are "popular" choices for teenagers and young adults who aren't movie real fanatics. This is to be expected guys.
Anyways, since their up I might as well say Chris Pine, Bradley Cooper, The Hangover, and Half Blood Prince for the win. other than that, I really don't care.

WTF as soon as I saw Zack Effron being considered for anything good I knew this is a joke. MTV apparently only caters for 16-year-old girls.
