Amanda Seyfried Checks Out Jennifer's Body

Amanda Seyfried has just signed on to star opposite Megan Fox in the Fox Atomic dark comedy-horror film Jennifer's Body. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Karyn Kusama will be directing the Diablo Cody screenplay, which will be produced by Jason Reitman, Dan Dubiecki and Mason Novick.

Jennifer's Body is a story about Jennifer (Fox), a cheerleader who is possessed by a demon and starts feeding off the boys in a Minnesota farming town. Her bookish best friend Needy (Seyfried) must take drastic measures to protect her town from the seductive teenager and her appetite for high school guys.

Jennifer's Body is scheduled to start production in March on location in Vancouver.
