Corey Feldman has posted two new pictures from the upcoming sequel The Lost Boys 2: The Tribe on his personal homepage. The first one showed up in the pages of In Touch magazine a month ago. The second photo is brand spanking new. Take a look:

The sequel is set in the shady surf city of Luna Bay, California, where vampires quickly dispatch anyone who crosses their path. Into this dark world arrive Chris Emerson and his younger sister, Nicole. Having just lost their parents in a car accident, the siblings move in with their eccentric Aunt Jillian and become new prey for the locals' way of life. When Nicole unwittingly falls for a local vampire, Chris must locate and destroy the gang's lifeline before his sister's transformation is complete; to do this Chris finds himself relying on the expertise of none other than Edgar Frog (Corey Feldman). Subtle references to characters from the original film, and cameos from returning actors offer homage to the Lost Boys legend and set a sinister tone of impending doom.

The film does not have a release date.

Lost Boys is one of my favorite movies I might check it out

i think Haim shoulda been in there but all i can say is oh well and thats where i agree with killahmovie on the fact that we all wanted a sequel and now that we have one lets just watch it and hope its good.

speaking of the goonies can anybody say "sequel"...to be honest i want to see this, str8 to dvd? who cares str8 to blockbuster i go, c'mon as a kid didnt you a part 2 and now were getting it and we complain about c.haim?!? c'mon ppl we have MOUTH in the movie thats all we need...lol

yeah cause the guys messed up in the head!!! have you seen any of his interveiws over the last few years?? he thinks he's matt damon or somebody who "CAN" act!!! this will prob be straight to dvd!!

I have been fully expecting to hate this whole production, but I must say -- seeing these two pictures did tap into some of my old "Lost Boys" fanboy glee. Maybe this could be a good, fun sequel. ...Maybe?
The only problem is this one is without the infamous co-Corey!
