New ‘Enemy’ Trailer and Poster with Jake Gyllenhaal

A history professor tries to track down his exact look-alike in this thriller from director Denis Villenueve.

Jake Gyllenhaal reunites with his Prisoners director Denis Villeneuve in Enemy. Following the first trailer that debuted back in Septmeber, A24 Films has released the second trailer and a new poster. Jake Gyllenhaal stars as Adam Bell, a downtrodden history professor whose life is turned upside down when he spots his exact look-alike in a movie. When he tracks this actor down, they realize how both of their lives are connected. Mélanie Laurent, Isabella Rossellini and Sarah Gadon co-star in this upcoming thriller, debuting on DirecTV and VOD formats February 6, before arriving in theaters March 14.

Adam Bell is a glum, disheveled history professor, who seems disinterested even in his beautiful girlfriend, Mary. Watching a movie on the recommendation of a colleague, Adam spots his double, a bit-part actor named Anthony Clair, and decides to track him down. The identical men meet and their lives become bizarrely and irrevocably intertwined.

Enemy was released March 14th, 2014 and stars Jake Gyllenhaal, Mélanie Laurent, Sarah Gadon, Isabella Rossellini, Joshua Peace, Tim Post, Kedar Brown, Darryl Dinn. The film is directed by Denis Villeneuve.
