Seed of Chucky

Seed of Chucky

Rated: R
The killer doll is back! The all-new film is the fifth in the popular series of Chucky (“Child’s Play”) horror comedies. Making his directorial debut is the franchise creator and writer of all five films, Don Mancini. The film introduces Glen (voiced by “The Lord of the Rings” star Billy Boyd), the orphan doll offspring of the irrepressible devilish-doll-come-to-life Chucky (again voiced by series star Brad Dourif) and his equally twisted bride Tiffany (again voiced by Jennifer Tilly). When production starts on a movie detailing the urban legend of his parents’ lethal exploits, Glen heads for Hollywood where he brings his bloodthirsty parents back from the dead. The family dynamics are far from perfect as Chucky and Tiffany go Hollywood and get rolling on a new spree of murderous mayhem – much to gentle Glen’s horror. Chucky can’t believe that his child doesn’t want to walk in his murdering footsteps, and star-struck Tiffany can’t believe that the movie will star her favorite actress, Jennifer Tilly (playing herself), who soon becomes an unwitting hostess to this new family in more ways than one...
Finding Neverland

Director Marc Forster's follow-up to "Monster's Ball" is "Finding Neverland," a tale of magic and fantasy inspired by the life of James Barrie, the real-life author of the children's classic Peter Pan. Set in London in 1904, the film follows Barrie's creative journey to bring Peter Pan to life, from his first inspiration for the story up until the play's premiere at the Duke of York's Theatre - a night that will change not only Barrie's own life, but the lives of everyone close to him.

Kinsey

Kinsey

Rated: R
Academy Award-winner Bill Condon ("Gods and Monsters," "Chicago") explores the life of the pioneer of human sexuality research, Alfred Kinsey (Neeson). Spanning six decades from his childhood in the early 1900s to his death in 1956, the film turns the microscope on the man whose landmark studies on the sexual behaviors of the common man rocked a nation. The interviewer of tens of thousands, Kinsey subjected his own life and that of his researchers to the same type of analysis that produced his 1948 best-selling book "Sexual Behavior in the Human Male." But while the Kinsey team's focus was predominantly outward, perhaps what they learned about themselves was as great as that which they taught their country.

Veer-Zaara

Veer-Zaara

Rated: NONE
Reuniting the stars of last year's highest-grossing Bollywood film "Kal Ho Naa Ho," "Veer-Zaara" brings together superstars Shah Rukh Khan and Preity Zinta and also adds Rani Mukherjee ("Yuva", Mira Nair's upcoming "The Namesake"). This bold new film from legendary director Yash Chopra reverses Bollywood's decades-long tradition of Pakistan-bashing with a forbidden love story of an Indian pilot Veer and a Pakistani woman Zaara and reflects today's more friendly relations between the two nuclear powers. Mukherjee plays a Muslim human rights activist and lawyer while all-time Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan makes a guest appearance.
