Rated:PG Jack Frost (Michael Keaton), a father working hard to achieve a lifelong dream of making it big as a musician, has never been a great father or husband. A long history of broken promises and trips away from home have left his family longing for more. After years of sacrificing time with his wife (Kelly Preston) and son (Joseph Cross), he is prepared for the most important audition of his life. But, at the last minute, he decides to skip the audition and rush home to spend Christmas with his family. Tragically, he is killed in a car accident before he makes it home and before he can prove to his family that there is nothing more meaningful to him than they are.
A year later, after living a hard year without a father, Charlie remembers a fleeting moment they spent together building a snowman. Longing for his father, he builds a snowman and tops it off with his dad's old hat and scarf, wishing that his father were there. Fulfilling his son's wish, Jack returns to his family... as a snowman. Even in the guise of this "cool character", Jack will become a "real" father to his son and prove that a father's love never dies.
Rated:PG-13 A Chaplinesque fable about the power of imagination set against the stark reality of World War II Europe. Life is Beautiful (La Vita E Bella) combines satire, physical comedy, social commentary and a touch of the surreal into a uniquely moving story of love.
Rated:PG-13 Lt. Cmdr. Data, on a mission to observe the race of Ba'ku, suddenly behaves as if having to fear for his existance. The peaceful Ba'ku, whose planet offers regenerative radiation and therefore incredible lifespans, live in harmony with nature and reject any kind of technology. Their planet and their culture is studied by the starfleet and the associated Son'a - in secrecy. But the So'na, lead by Ru'afo, intend to abduct the Ba'ku in order to take the planet for themselves and for the starfleet officials who all would like to regenerate their bodies. But they did not think of the loyalty of the Enterprise's crew to the Prime Directive.
