The first year of college can be tough, Especially when you're on your own for the first time and having too much fun. Josh, an earnest Indiana honor student who is sent to the prestigious Daleman College on a scholarship and Cooper, a wealthy, blue-blooded freshman with a penchant for the good life, must resort to desperate measures to save themselves from failing out of school. Their salvation comes in the form of an arcane loophole buried in the college charter which might even let this pair slip through with straight A's. With the end of the semester quickly approaching, the pair of freshmen realize that this outlandish loophole - the "dead man's clause" - may be their only hope of passing.
