TERMINATOR SALVATION (2009)

It was a damn good movie and I can't wait till the next one comes out it's gonna be bad ass I just hope they use the same writers and director because they did a damn good job with this one.

They are not worried that without Arnie it wont be a hit .. i think he wants to be involved in it .. This is Going to really kick ass .. It's just a small part . Just Like Star Trek where Leonard Nimoy has a small Role ...

Arnold doesn't need to be in this movie. Sure, through CGI and other effets they can make him look younger for just some cameo roles, but he doesn't need to be in it. It can make it without Arnold as long as they don't try to "remake" Arnolds image by trying to put his likeness on someone else. Bale is good enough as an actor to pull it off. I'm not expecting a whole lot of kickass stuff from this movie, but I am expecting to be impressed. I myself would love to see Arnold in the movie, but not as one of the cyborgs.

Arnold is going to make a cameo, but just archived file footage, taken from the previous films. They probably took "The Future Begins Out" just like what they did to "The Crate Escape", last minute dropout.

I just want to say something for those who think this movie won't work without Arnold. James Cameron didn't even consider Arnold for the role of the terminator in the first one. And the TV show worked without Arnold, so I have complete faith in this movie.

"This is John Connor." I love the trailer. This movie will be the best Terminator since T2.

Still, it should be a good film. They need to show the proper war between mankind and the machines now.

I think it still should have Arnold, for a least a cameo or something.

The terminator isn't in the plot because there is no need for one, also the technology to make a cyborg doesn't exist yet in this installment of the series. Which is why arnold isn't in it.

After seeing the teaser I'm convinced this will be cool. I didn't have much faith in McG.

Bodacious their making a Terminator Movie without it's main cast Arnold Schwarzenegger and their putting The Dark Knight star Christian Bale as his new replacement this is so radical.

I'm not even sure I WANT to see this. I mean come on PG-13 and no Arnold? It's DEFINITELY not Terminator, and if it IS Terminator, then it's for the little tykes who watch Dora. I mean whoever is the Terminator in this movie, won't get to kill people as big and as awesome as Arnold did in The Terminator, The Terminator 2: Judgement Day, and The Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines. I'll probably end up seeing this anyway.

C'mon, Arnold's over sixty years old. No offense, but his time for filming action has just about ended; he would make a nice cameo, but that's about it.

Have any of you seen AMERICAN GANGSTER or NO COUNTRY FOR OLD MEN? Both showcase Josh Brolin's strong talents;he would bring a gritty, fresh face to the role of the Terminator.

I hope they have Arnold. But if they don't I hope the storyline will make up for it. And should they have a war sequence, I hope it is something between War of the Worlds meets Star Wars. I liked the last three and hope the fourth pulls through.

I think the film need Arnold whatever his lat name is to come back. You can't have a Terminator film without the original Terminator
