 |  |  | | | | A team of Vermont State Troopers stationed in the boonies just south of the Canadian border risks falling victim to serious budget cuts unless it proves to those pulling the purse strings that it does more than toy with stoned joyriders. During a routine traffic stop, the troopers uncover a drug smuggling operation and they start a race against the clock to crack the dope ring and save their jobs. They also chase an elusive cartoon monkey. |
