Anyway, regarding the movie, it is pretty awesome, great cinematography, but I hope they do realize that the plot should have been better and had a better ending... but overall, its pretty good movie!

Finally saw Zero Dark Thirty. Was it a decent film? Yes I'd give it 3.5 to 4 stars, but it certainly doesn't deserve Oscar consideration. Essentailly it's a doc*mentary made for actors and wasn't necessary. Discovery already made a much better and informative doc*mentary about the raid to get Osama bin Laden. The journey to that point was just wasted time, and wasn't needed. Everyone should know that this was a long process to find and kill the terrorist. I didn't need a film to tell me that. What was good about the film was the acting by the likes of Kyle Chandler, Jessica Chastain, the great Mark Strong and even the Doctor Who/Tourchwood/Green Arrow star John Barrowman. The actors did a really good job in their roles. It's to bad the story wasn't needed and dull. Overall I'd give the film about 3.5 stars.

@thedude-abides Truth be told, at first that's how I beleived the movie was traveling, but after a few repeat views, she served as a catalyst to her co-workers and served more as an inspiration as well as keeping moral. Chastain's character could have been a man for all I care, but I agree with the notion that had it been a guy, not many people would be that pissed off. Hence, why many of the actor's and crew in their interviews always brought up the issue with sexism in film and whatnot.

@bawnian-dexeus Great stuff, man. I've never much been a fan of Bigelow either, but she's a lot sharper than I thought.
Personally, I think a lot of folks are pissed off about the movie because it makes it look like Bin Laden's capture was all the effort of one girl. While I'm sure that wasn't the entirety of the situation, it certainly played a integral part in the ultimate capture of Bin Laden, and a part in which Bigelow and Boal obviously chose to center the film around. I see no problem with that.

@thedude-abides Though not my favorite director (yet), she's earned my respect in full.
