You Don't Mess with the Zohan: Review By SCREENWRITER

Despite what people say about this, I don't really care. I liked this movie. I found it funny and entertaining to watch. Sure, Adam Sandler may have jumped to a whole new extreme in this, but I don't care. I love all Adam Sandler films no matter how silly they are. He is definatly MY favorite comedy actor. Now, this isn't his best comedy but this movie has a bunch of laughs. Normally, I hate silly movies like this. All the fake and idiotic comedy bothers me, but for some reason, it didn't in this. Yes, the movie has those "Are you serious" moments, BUT, it all turns out funny and good. PLUS: This movie has a message. It does! It tells you to do whatever it takes to acomplish your dreams, no matter what. And, I don't know about you, but movies with a message, usually have a purpose. So, despite all the bad reviews and hate for this, I LIKED THIS MOVIE!

THE GOOD OF THE MOVIE:

As I said above, it sends a message and it delivers many laughs.

THE BAD OF THE MOVIE:

The movie is filled with harsh jokes and bad material. It should of had a higher rating than what it got, but since I'm over thirteen, I don't really care.

ACTING:

Adam Sandler, being one of my favorite comedy actors, does a good job as The Zohan [ I mean, Scrappy Coco. lol]. He is a little over-the-top at times, but that really didn't bother me. Adam Sandler is in other movies such as "I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry", "Mr. Deeds", "Happy Gilmore", "Billy Madison", "The Waterboy", "Reign Over Me", and more! Other performences in this are good and funny.

VISUALS:

The visuals are good, but they are used for a silly purpose. But, this is a silly movie so it scores.

DIRECTION:

Dennis Dugan, is a great director and he does well directing this.

OVERALL:

Overall, a funny Adam Sandler comedy. It was fun to watch and like I said, I dont care what people sya about this. So, I say, In my opinon, See this.
