What's wrong with The Beast? He's awesome. They originally looked at X-Men Origins: Wolverine, and X-Men Origins: Storm, but Storm was set aside for Magneto. I hope that X-Men Origins: Storm is actually made, Storm is the most interesting X-Men there is.

There are two marvel X-men Origin films due out in 2009 one is Wolverine which should be done by the years end and Magneto which I have no idea where their at in filming.
If these are successful expect to see more origin movies like this in the future.
