My copy of first class works just fine on blu ray:)

The movie worked for me, but while it was loading on my lg blu ray player, it froze several times...it also said to update my bd player.called manufacturers and they told me to get a flashdrive USB and get the latest firmware software from the lg support site. Hopefully after I exchange the movie and update my bd player via USB it will work.

It doesn't work on my LG GCC-H20L Blu-Ray drive on my computer. It doesn't even show up as being in the drive, just continuously reads the disc. I check the LG support site and they are still using firmware 1.03 which has been out forever.

I just spoke to LG they said there is no firmware for this particular optical drive(lucky me), they said I would need to update the software I use to play movies. But this doesn't explain why the drive can't even read the disc, I guess I'll be holding off until they get some corrected discs out.

hey for anyone who is having a problem with the blu ray disc and has a ps3, it will work, you have to go over to the movie tab on the ps3 dashboard, scroll up until you get to BD Utility, click on that, find the x-men first class data and just delete it then try and play the disc, it will take a little bit to load and play the disc but it did work for me, by the way a message pops up that tells you that you might need to download a update for your system but just ignore it

Here is the answer to playing X-Men: First Class in your Sony Blu Ray 3D Home Theater System. 1. Make sure the X-Men: First Class DVD is not in your player. 2. Go to Video and scroll up to the top and under BD Data, erase all BD data. 3. Get out of Video and go to BD DVD view setting. 4. go to BD internet connections and choose Do not allow. 5. Put in your new X-Men: First Class blu ray DVD and it will play without problems.

I have samsung hw-d700 and i didn't have any problems playing that disc after turning off bd-live. i called samsung support and was told that there is a fix coming soon.

and I forgot to mention, I was told by Samsung support that if I would like to play that movie with BD-live just insert a flash drive into your device. I didn't try it, but it came from Samsung

Got X-men first class from netflix. didn't play and they promptly sent me a new disk. same issue. thanks for the info on the disk. x-men didn't play in either my PS3 or my HP Pavilion laptop. just gross!!!

I also watched this all series because it's my favorite movie ever.
Simple word to say it's versatile movie.
