Regeneration was better than the first one. Hyams did a great job on a light budget. Great tone and pace, this is what should have happened the first time. If you haven't seen Regeneration, disregard the 2nd one forget it happened and watch Regeneration. Even the new bad guy I had never seen or heard of before was good in it.
